The piston size is close to 1.050" & 1.120". The bolt mounting pattern is 4.750 center to center. This does NOT have brake pads. You might be able to use this. 4 Piston differential bore configuration.

One piece aluminium alloy billet body. Stainless Steel wear plate & pad abutments. This caliper from AP Racing was designed to answer the significant increase in rear brake usage experienced on both current Short Track and Road Course applications. The caliper features advanced caliper cooling design and technology which includes pockets and channels around the caliper and bores to aid air flow, thus reducing caliper temperatures.

The caliper also features a carbon duct to channel the air from the spindle duct and the caliper duct across the caliper to the outboard pistons, as well as a carbon plate attached to the bottom of the outside of the caliper to move air completely around the bores. This, in addition to the ventilation holes through the bridge and two piece ceramic capped Titanium pistons drastically reduces overall caliper temperatures showing a significant improvement in both pad fade and pad wear. 1.25 x 1.125, this caliper range has been designed to run with the new CP4670 -114/5 rear disc, a high cooling extremely thermally stable disc made with the latest AP Racing materials and casting technology.
